[2:00pm CT] All of the eCare NEXT services are running with the exception of alerts/RQA. We’ll continue to work on a resolution. However, we do not have a current estimated fix time.
[12:30pm CT] We continue to troubleshoot RQA/PPE issues processing through eCare NEXT and IntelliSource. Eligibility and Address Verification are processing normally.
