Anthem Online – Update

[11/07/2013 2:24pm CST]  Anthem has been running normally since yesterday afternoon.  We are awaiting word on the root cause and will update you accordingly.  Thanks fo ryour patience!

[11/07/2013 12:35pm CST]  As of 11:40pm CST, Anthem is Online however the payer is still working to determine the root cause of the recent problems.  Anthem’s IT continues to monitor the situation closely.  We will post updates as we get them.  Thanks for your patience!

[11/06/2013 1:00pm CST]  Anthem remains offline.  We have been assured that they are devoting their IT resources to resolving, but have not given us an estimated fix time.

[11/05/2013 11:45AM CST] Anthem notified Passport that resolving the problem with eligibility inquiries is their IT team’s top priority. They have not given us an estimated fix time, but continue to work diligently to resolve. They also commented that this outage affects ALL clearinghouses. We apologize for the inconvenience and will communicate any updates sent to us!

[11/05/2013 10:00AM CST] We received the following update from Anthem:

Please be advised you may experience intermittent AAA42 and/or timeouts on eligibility requests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will send another update once this is resolved.
