Legacy Credit Card Transaction History

Legacy credit card customers have reported that transactions are not showing up in transaction history.  In most instances it is an issue of timing.  Transactions are allotted just so much time to post back to the transaction history reports, if unable to post right away it moves to next day when the server is busy.  If a client is searching for a payment in Transaction History and cannot find it, they should go to Settlement Reports and pull up there to confirm and/or reprint a receipt from that tool if need be.  The missing transactions should show up the next morning after 6am CT in the reports.
