Manual Alerts Available

[11 08 2013 2:26pm CST] The alert service is back online.  Please let us know if you continue to experience any problems.

We have disabled the ability for users to manually resolve alerts.  However, customers will continue to receive alerts and the ones that are systematically updated will not be affected.  Once we resolve and fix, we’ll post an updated message.
