[12/16/2013] BCBS NC processing is greatly improved today. There are a couple of intermittent timeouts, but overall much better performance now.
[12/05/2013] We are working with BCBS NC on their eligibility performance issues. They acknowledged that one of their vendors rolled out a change that created the problem causing a high number of timeouts. We have attempted to reroute BCBS NC through other clearinghouses, but they are getting the same percentage of errors. They plan to implement a change on 12/15 to resolve this issue. As we receive more information/updates, we will post on this forum.
