Healthspring Online – 2/12/2014 Update

[02/12/2014]   Healthspring TN eligibility is available again under via Healthspring (which can be found under the Medicare heading in OneSource).  EDI and Integrated transactions have been mapped to the general Healthspring payer.

Unfortunately, the current response includes limited benefits.  We are working with Healthspring to include benefits in a future release, but they have not given us an estimated fix date/time.

Please note that a two-digit suffix is now required and no benefit information is included in the response.

[01/17/2014]  Healthspring notified Passport that they should be ready to test their fix by the end of next week.  Once we have a fix time/date, we’ll communicate.

[01/14/2014]  Our systems team received an update from Healthspring yesterday evening.   Healthspring said they have a solution and are working on moving to production.  However, they could not give us a fix date.  We have requested this information again.  We apologize for the delay.

[01/13/2014]  Healthspring is still offline.  However, they are supposed to give Passport an estimated fix time this afternoon.  We will post further updates as we receive information from Healthspring.

[01/01/2014]  Healthspring is currently offline due to an issue with their member database.  However, they are in the process of creating a test file for us to review.  As soon as they are online, we will post an update.
