FTP/File Processing Issue – 02.05.2014 (1:30am CT to 7:30am CT)

There was an issue between 1:30am and 7:30am that prevented some customers from uploading files via FTP or manually (through web upload/download).  This functionality is now available and customers should be advised to resubmit their files if they normally submit between the hours the issue occurred or suspect their daily file was not received by Passport.
