OneSource Login Slowness – Post Mortem

[02.20.14]  The login slowness between 8:30am and 11:00am CT yesterday morning was caused by a code change that moved out last night which caused too many database calls to occur within the OneSource product. This resulted in an overload on the database and prevented the OneSource product from rendering pages. The problem was identified and corrected which resolved the issues around 11am.  We apologize for the inconvenience!

[11:00am CT]  Login time to OneSource is greatly improved as of 10:50am CT.  We’ll continue to monitor login and response time.

[10:05am CT]  We continue to have intermittent slowness when logging into OneSource again.   We continue to work on resolving this issue, but do not have a definitive fix time.

[9:45am CT]  We are encountering intermittent slowness when logging into OneSource again.  Processing appears to be normal on all platforms once logged in.  Our systems team is working on this issue.

[8:45am CT]  Our systems team made a change around 8:40am CT that may have caused some users to be kicked out of OneSource or not allowed to login for approximately 5 minutes.  However, login speed and processing are much improved as of 8:45am CT.

[8:30am CT]  We are currently encountering intermittent slowness when logging into OneSource.  Processing appears to be normal on all platforms.  Our systems team is working to quickly resolve this issue.
