[03.12.2014 Update] The issue with West Virginia Medicaid’s Alternative Benefit Plan has been resolved!
[03.12.2014 Update] On 3/1/2014 West Virginia Medicaid’s Alternative Benefit Plan went into effect. This plan is part of Medicaid Expansion resulting from the Affordable Care Act. However, West Virginia is returning responses indicating that members are ineligible when they are actually eligible. West Virginia is aware of this and is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but has not given Passport a resolution date/time.
