[04/10/14 @ 1:00pm CT] The issue causing PPE processing issues in eCare NEXT and AMP was the result of a load-balancer hardware issue in one of our data centers this morning. Traffic would normally automatically flow to redundant hardware, but this required manual intervention this morning due to a bug in the software. Our vendor is sending us a patch for deployment tonight.
