Customer Issue/Ticket Notifications – 04.18.2014

The change to our customer relationship management (CRM) that manages tickets and issues will not be able to generate emails from April 18th at 5:00pm CT until April 20th at 7:30pm CT.  We apologize for the earlier miscommunication.

[Original Post- Customer Portal Case Creation – 04.18.2014] Due to a data migration this weekend, cases created in the Passport customer portal from April 18th at 5:00pm CT until April 20th at 7:30pm CT will not automatically alert customer support.  During this period, we recommend all issues be emailed to customer.support@passporthealth.com.
