OneSource MyResponse Changes 06.24.2014 Update

[06.24.14]  We turned on the new MyResponse save process for OneSource!

[06.20.14]  We turned off the new MyResponse save process to make another change.  We will turn it back on at 3pm CT on 06.23.14.

[06.19.14]  On Thursday June 19th at 11am CT, Passport will deploy a change to MyResponse for OneSource users that have access to configure their MyResponse views.  All changes to OneSource MyResponse will require the end user to confirm they want to save their changes and verify that they understand submitted changes apply to other payers in that line of business.  For example, a MyResponse view change to a commercial payer changes the views for all commercial payers (this is the way MyResponse currently functions, but there is no warning to the end user).  Additionally, the location of the full response will be moved from a tab to a button located on the toolbar.   The same changes will be deployed to IntelliSource and eCare NEXT in the next two to three weeks.  Passport will also announce these changes before moving them to production.
