Passport System Issues – 09.26.2014 Update

[09.26.14 @ 0:700 CT]  We are still researching the issue that caused authentication and processing issues last night from 10:00pm CT until 1:30am CT this morning.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

[09.26.14 @ 1:30am CT]  Processing is back to normal as of 1:30am CT]

[09.26.14 @ 12:30am CT] Errors are now resolved with logging in. There may still be intermittent slowness. We apologize again for the inconvenience.

[09.25.14 @ 10:00pm CT] Passport is currently experiencing a problem with logging in for ECN and IntelliSource applications. Also there are slowness issues with OneSource transactions processing.  Our engineers are diligently working to resolve this issue, but we do not have an estimated fix time.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
