Eligibility Processing Update – 10:00am CT on 12.01.2014

Multiple payers are processing slower than usual due to the first of the month volume.  This is not a capacity issue for Passport/Experian Health.  However, we will continue to monitor the payers ability to manage the volume and post specific processing slowness/issues at www.passportsystemstatus.com.
