eCare NEXT Work Queue Error – Resolved!

[12.15.2014] The issue causing transactions to disappear when a user is in the work queue and attempts to sort by “account” is now resolved!

[12.12.2014]  We are working on a fix to an issue that is causing transactions to disappear when a user is in the work queue and attempts to sort by “account.”  When this occurs, you can click on another column to sort and the account information should appear again.  We apologize for the hassle and will move a hot fix/emergency change into production as soon as possible.
