BCBS TN Eligibility Performance Issues – 01.12.2015 Update

BCBS TN continues to have intermittent performance issues.  This issue is affecting all eligibility clearinghouses and we have escalated the issue with their team.  although we have been working with their engineers since the beginning of 2015, they have not given us an estimated fix time.   We apologize on their behalf and will communicate any updates we receive.
