PPE and RQA Slowness Resolved – 03.24.2015 @ 2:45pm CT

[2:45pm CT]  The PPE and RQA slowness issues have been resolved.  We apologize for the service disruption!

[2:05pm CT] We believe the current issues are caused by a network issue.  We anticipate resolution in the next 30 minutes.

[1:05pm CT]  This issue is also affecting alerts triggering.  We have isolated the issue and plan to implement a change shortly.

[1240pm CT] We are still researching an issue that is causing PPE slowness.  Our team is still working to resolve.

[1200pm CT]  Our systems team is currently researching an issue that is causing PPE slowness.  We do not have an estimated fix time, but have committed all resources to resolving quickly.
