Processing Issues Resolved – 05.15.2015 @ 10:50am CT

[10:50am CT]  Processing back to normal as of 10:50am CT.

[10:30am CT]  Although processing timing has improved, but we continue to work on the transaction backlog.  You will continue to experience eCare NEXT, EDI and alerts slowness for the next 30-60 minutes.

[9:45am CT]  We are researching an issue that is causing transaction processing slowness.  We do not have an estimated fix time, but it is our top priority to resolve quickly.
