[06 05 2015 @ 11:55am CST] During last night’s maintenance window, there was an issue that caused NOAs to not be generated for HL7 NOA Clients. The exact time was 8:10pm through 12:30am CST. We estimate, based on nightly averages, that this impacted 50-100 NOAs. Passport is suggesting that our clients reconcile their accounts, admitted during this time frame last night, and determine if there are missing NOAs. If you find any missing NOAs, please reprocess these patients in your HIS.
