Experian Health will begin beta testing IP address validation in June 2015. This change will prevent access to our products from unauthorized locations and will be implemented for eCare Next, eCare Online, and Onesource. If your organization would like to participate in this beta test, please contact us at CAT_Tool@passporthealth.com.
For your convenience, we have already loaded your most recently used IP addresses in our database and provided your super/self-service portal users access to add, delete, and edit IP ranges (see example below). Our goal is to coordinate these changes with our customers so that users logging in within your established IP range are not affected. Our deadline for making these changes is 6/1/2016.
