UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Eligibility Processing Issues – 06.17.2015

Experian Health has been working with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) for the last several months to alleviate an ongoing issue with transaction timeouts.  UHC confirmed that they are returning timeout responses for a variety of issues not related to their system’s performance. They are still researching the root cause of these issues and possible options for correcting them. We will provide updates as UHC makes them available.
