Molina – Inaccurate Eligibility Verification Issues – Resolved 7/24/2015

[07.24.2015]  Molina has corrected the issues regarding inaccurate information being returned in transactions. Any transactions not processed due to this issue must be resubmitted.

[07.03.2015]  All Molina transactions are experiencing intermittent response issues wherein some responses may contain inaccurate information. The payer is working on a resolution and is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Resolution at the moment. This issue is currently affecting ALL Molina payers. You can access the list of affected payers on www.passportsystemstatus.com under Standing Issues. Passport will notify you when this has been resolved.
