MedSolutions – MedSolutions has been working on a new and improved website based on customer feedback. Please register at the new MedSolutions website: https://myportal.medsolutions.com. The new website will have all the access of the current site in an easier to use portal. Please provide these credentials within the next two weeks and we will update your profiles.
FL Medicaid – Please note that effective August 1, 2015, FL Medicaid will no longer utilize MedSolutions for diagnostic imaging preauthorization services. Any new requests for prior authorization after July 31, 2015 should be submitted for review through eQHealth’s web-based authorization system, eQSuite. To request access to eQSuite, visit http://fl.eqhs.org, and complete the Provider Contact Form found in the “Provider Communications” section of the Multi-Specialty/ADI tab.
