August 3 Processing – 1:20pm CT Update

[08 03 2015 @ 1:20 pm CT]  As of 11am CT there has been a marked improvement in response times for eligibility requests. However, some select payers are still reporting problems and appear on the payer system status dashboard.  We’ll continue to monitor and provide updates throughout the day.

[08 03 2015 @ 10:00 am CT]  The large number of first of month transactions are causing payers to respond more slowly to eligibility requests.  We are processing the volume, but noticing considerably longer response times (now averaging 30 seconds vs. 10 seconds).  We’ll continue to monitor and provide updates.
