Alerts Processing Update – 08.21.2015 @ 1:30pm

[1:30pm CT]  Alerts should be processing normally again.  However, alerts may not have fired on any HL7 transactions submitted this morning.  We apologize for the disruption to your workflow.

[12:45pm CT]  We continue so work on Alerts processing issues.   However, we don’t have an estimated fix time.

[10:45am CT] Alerts continue to experience processing delays, but eCare Online and PPE should now be available.  Our team is fully engaged, but cannot yet estimate a fix time.

[9:30am CT]  RQA, PPE, and eCare Online are currently experiencing processing issues.  Our team is working on the problem, but does not have an estimated fix time.
