PatientSimple & PaymentSafe PAH Import Failure (resolved)

9/22/15 @ 3pm CST – Issue is now resolved.  All files have been imported successfully and the imported data is now viewable inside PaymentSafe and PatientSimple.

Hello,

This morning’s PAH imports had an issue which caused the import process to fail.  This required our development teams to resolve the code issue and restart the service which they have done.  The service is running now and is successfully importing the data so these AR balances should start showing properly inside PaymentSafe and PatientSimple as it loads through the client lists.  This process takes a little over 3 hours to complete and is run in alphabetical order.  We are expecting all imports to be completed by 3:00 pm CT today.
