Intermittent Slowness Issue Resolved – 12.14.2015 @ 11:00am CT

[11:00am CT]  Real-time processing should be back to normal.

[11:45am CT]  Response time has improved slightly, but some IPS customers may also be affected by intermittent slowness.

[11:15am CT]  Due to heavy request volume, some customers may experience slower than normal processing.  This may cause work queue and NEXT bar delays.  We are working on a resolution, but do not have an estimated fix time.
