PPE Issue Resolved – 12.15.2015 @ 12:45pm CT

[12:45pm]  PPE is processing normally.

[12pm CT]  Customers continue to experience intermittent slowness when processing  patient payment estimates.   We do not have an estimated fix time, but our team is working on a resolution.

This was posted with the eCare NEXT processing slowness message earlier this morning, but we created a separate instance in order to communicate the ongoing status.
