Legacy Credit Card (L2G & Concord) Processing Errors

Currently Concord credit card clients are seeing errors processing payments. Reports started occurring 1:35pm cst.  Users are seeing the message “Unable to submit your inquiry” on the Make Payments screen. There’s also an impact for refunds. Development teams are engaged and working towards a fix. Currently we do not have an ETA.
