PaymentSafe Statusing Error (remit files did not run)..resolved 1/7/16

1/8/16 – resolved…The missing credit card transactions from yesterday’s file did update properly and were in this morning’s file along with the expected transactions run yesterday.  This was confirmed with multiple clients.

The nightly processes that kick off and run automatically each night for PaymentSafe that statuses the credit card transactions which go into the daily remit files did not run properly last night.  This was a hardware issue that has been resolved.  The expectation is tonight when the service runs it will pick up both payments from today and those missed from yesterday and status appropriately and tomorrow’s remit file will contain both days of activity to catch them up.
