[08 13 2013 Update] On May 31st, Tricare stopped returning benefits for Tricare For Life members in accordance with Core Operating Rules. The benefits for these beneficiaries are only available through WPS, who is also the claims processor for this group. Passport is actively working with WPS to make Tricare For Life eligibility data available. WPS is experiencing some issue making this data available. There is no ETA at this time. WPS can be reached at 1-888-874-9378 or you can call TRICARE for Life at 1-866-773-0404 for benefit information.
Passport is currently exploring other options for obtaining this eligibility data. We will provide updates as they are available.
