Adding logic options to Queue Manager filters. In addition to equal to, users will have options Not Equal To, Contains, Does Not Contain, Starts With, and Is Empty.
Patient Payment Estimator (PPE)
PPE was displaying a question mark (?) when the Medicare eligibility “Deductible Remaining” was $0. We will replace the ? with $0.
OneSource
Correct a OneSource Mini Response issue causing the incorrect transaction reference number to display.
Self-Service Portal
Added ability to unlock a user by changing the password.
Fix a paging error that was causing the row number and page count of the extra data grid to not maintain after editing an NPI.
New user search auto-complete that can search for disabled and enabled users.
Revamped the add/edit user page by separating the fields into tabs.
Added ability to disable a user and unlock a user (by updating the password) on the edit user page.
Added a checkbox list of Medicare preventive benefits on the extra data setup page
