We moved a change to production on 07/02 to fix this issue. There have been no reports of this behavior today, but we will continue to monitor.

There is a continuing issue with manually launching IPS bar that causes eCare NEXT login to popup. The fix was supposed to be moved to production Thursday night. However, we are continuing to make changes to correct and do not have an estimated fix time yet. In the meantime, there is a manual workaround. If you clear your browser cookies, temporary files, and history, you will avoid logging into the eCare NEXT each time.
