Change Overview:
Self-Service Portal – Allow setup of Master/Puppet relationship through the self-service portal (SSP). Video guide/walk-through will be available on the “Instructions” link on the SSP
eCare NEXT – Remove comment icon from the work queue when most recent comment is empty.
eCare NEXT – Fix previous day unresolved alerts count.
PaymentSafe – Due to a National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA) rules change, we are adding a separate Authorization screen that must be agreed to before the payment will be processed.
PaymentSafe – Clients using Payment Plans will now have the ability to generate a email notification for patients/cardholders alerting them of an upcoming payment that is scheduled. This notification will be sent 7 days prior to the date the payment is scheduled to be taken. It contains no PHI data and only advises that a payment is scheduled to be taken in upcoming days. It is an option feature that can be used by simply plugging in a valid email address.
Patient Payment Estimator – Add an undo button to the PPE benefit boxes on the eCare NEXT platform. If a user manually enters in a benefit and later decides that benefit is incorrect, they can click on the arrow next to that benefit box to revert back to the initial benefit. This will function exactly as it does currently in AMP.
