The following self-service portal changes will be moved to production tonight. Most of these were announced previously, but were not deployed in order to make further changes.

Created checkboxes for mass enable or disable
Added column for Master/Puppet adds, deletes, and changes
Added configuration tab to allow Master/Puppet relationship changes
Configuration Tab Added
IP Address tab will allow managing allowed IP addresses
