[12/19/2013] The additional Florida Share of Cost information that Passport returns from the Department of Children and Families – MyFlorida.com is currently unavailable. We plan to deploy a fix on 12/20/13 at 8:00pm CT. This additional information is available on their website www.MyFlorida.com. The following circumstances that normally return a Share of Cost responses are currently offline.
- An on-file, inactive response is received
- An on-file, active response is received with the benefit code QI1 | Limited to Medicare Part B premium only
- An on-file, active response is received with the benefit code SLMB| Limited to Medicare Part B premium only
- An on-file, active response is received with the benefit code FP| Limited to family planning services
- An on-file, active response is received with the benefit code MU | Ltd to outpat, office, trans, ER svcs
