[1/6/14 @ 1250 pm CT] Independence Blue Cross (IBC), Amerihealth, Keystone, Mountain States, and Highmark eligibility are back online as of 12:50pm CT.
IBC has been returning intermittent responses since 1/3/14. We have seen some improvement this morning, but our systems team will continue to work with their technical team to make certain response time and availability returns to normal. However, Amerihealth, Keystone, Mountain States, and Highmark are currently offline. They have confirmed the issue, but not given us an estimated fix time.
