[02/27/2015] We received a response this afternoon stating “WPS TRICARE is still working with DHA, but there is no ETA at this time.” Passport will continue to request information and post updates as they are communicated.
[02/23/2015] WPS TRICARE continues to work with DHA and their DEERS (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System) program to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, they are still unable to provide us with an Estimated Time of Availability. Please note that this issue is also affecting other clearinghouses. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you and your staff.
