Self Service Portal: Server Errors – Resolved as of 7:15am CT

[02 20 2014 @ 10:15am CT]  The server errors have been resolved and the SSP has been running fine for the past three hours.  Please call Passport Customer Support if you encounter any more problems.

[02 19 2014 @ 1:55pm CT]  Passport is looking into reports of Server errors when using the Self Service Portal.  In the interim, if you click on the SSP link again, you will bypass the error.  You may encounter the error again when accessing the different tabs.  If so, just click on the SSP link again and try the tab again.  We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
