[04 07 2014 @ 3:00 pm CT] Passport has been monitoring the changes we deployed to resolve access the File Upload/Download issues. We are confident these changes were successful. However, we’ll continue to review for the remainder of this week.
[04 04 2014 @ 10:30 pm CT] Passport completed changes tonight that have improved access times to the File Upload/Download link on OneSource. We will continue to monitor this through the early part of this upcoming week.
[04 04 2014 @ 12:25pm CT] Passport has an Estimated Resolution Time of 10pm CT this evening, 4/4/14. We will keep you posted.
[04 03 2014 @ 2pm CT] Passport is working to resolve the problems when accessing the BatchSource File Upload/Download link on OneSource. There is no Estimated Time of Resolution but we will post periodic updates. Sorry for the inconvenience.
