Self Service Portal – Fast-Client Switching : Resolved

[05 15 2014 @ 10 pm CT]  The Self Service Portal Fast-Client Switching tool is now fully functional.

[05 15 2014 @ 11:56am CT]  The Estimated Resolution Time is 10pm CT tonight, 5/15/2014.

[05 15 2014 @ 11 am CT]  Passport is working to resolve the following issues with the Self Service Portal’s Fast-Client Switching tool:

-For single users, the Add Puppets link does not open up when clicked, so you are unable to add puppet accounts.

-For users with existing puppets, when clicking on the Puppets link, you cannot distinguish which accounts are already associated with that user account, therefore you may add a duplicate account by mistake.  If you know for sure that they do not have a particular facility linked, you may link that facility like normal.

We are unable to provide an Estimated Resolution Time, so, in the interim, please contact Customer Support to handle these requests for you.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
