PPE “Unable to Retrieve Original PPE Data” Issue – Resolved

[07 11 2014 @ 9:30am CT]  The “Unable to Retrieve Original PPE Data” error has been resolved.  Thanks for your patience.

[07 10 2014 @ 4:30pm CT]  Multiple customers have reported an “Unable to Retrieve Original PPE Data” error when running an estimate.  We are currently researching the issue.  As a workaround, you can click on “recalculate” or “resubmit” on the estimate page and it return the updated estimate.
