Processing Update – 10.02.2014 @ 11:30am CT

[11:30am CT]  Processing should be back to normal.  Some eCare NEXT, IPS, and eCare Online processing was affected, but not OneSource, EDI, eCare NEXT with HL7.  Again, we apologize for the delay.

[11:00am CT] We believe processing times have improved over the last 30 minutes.  We’ll continue to monitor our systems to make certain processing returns to normal.  Thanks for your patience!
