Medical Necessity via eCare NEXT and OrderSmart – Errors Resolved at 6:00pm CT

[10 09 2014 @ 6:01pm CT] The Medical Necessity errors have been resolved.  Thanks for your patience!

[10 09 2014 @ 5pm CT]  Passport is aware and working to resolve the errors being received on Medical Necessity.  Some of the errors are “Alert:System.XML,” “Data at the root level is invalid,” “Web Service is Not Available” and “Server Timing Out.”  Our Technical Team has given us an Estimated Resolution Time of 7 pm CT.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
