Self Service Portal Edit Functions – Resolved 10/20/14 @ 1:22 pm CT

[10 20 2014 @ 1:27pm CT]  This issue has been resolved.  Please contact Customer Support if you are still experiencing any issues.

[10 20 2014 @ 12:13pm CT]  Passport is working to resolve a few more errors reported since this past Friday’s update (10/17/14).  The Estimated Resolution time is 12:45 pm CT today.

[10 17 2014 @ 3:15pm CT]  The edit and password reset functions within the Self Service Portal have been resolved.

[10 17 2014 @ 1:10pm CT]  The Self Service Portal is currently unable to perform any edit functions.  This includes resetting passwords.  We are working to have this resolved by 2:30 pm CT.  In the interim, please contact Customer Support so we may help you with these functions.  We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you.
