Processing Slowness Resolved – 11.06.14 @ 9:30am Update

[9:30am CT] The processing issues were resolved around 9:30am CT.  There may be some issues with eligibility backlog.  However, we believe that will be back to normal by 10am to 10:30am CT.  Again, we apologize for the delay!

[11 06 2014 @ 8:45am CT] We are in the process of making changes to resolve the slowness and timeout issues.  We hope to have a resolution in the next 15-30 minutes.

[11 06 2014 @ 8:15am CT]  We are working on an issue that is causing slowness across multiple products.  Our systems team is researching, but does not have an estimated fix time.

[11 06 2014 @ 7:28am CT]  Passport is working to resolve various errors accessing multiple products.  We will post more details shortly.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
