[12/10/2014 @ 1:30pm CT] OrderSmart is responding normally.

[12/10/2014 @ 10:00am CT]  OrderSmart is experiencing an issue that is causing slower than normal processing.  Our team is working on a resolution, but does not have an estimated fix time.
