Care Improvement Plus Eligibility – Web Credentials Reset Needed

Please be aware we will be implementing a code change on 2/12/15 that requires a reset of the username/password combination we have on file for your facility if it has expired for this particular payer. Your Account Manager should have reached out to you if this step is needed, or you may reset in the Self Service Portal by going to Care Improvement Plus under Payer Permissions and clicking on the Web Login Icon.  If you have additional questions, you can email enrollment@passporthealth.com.  Thanks.
