Product “Help” Issues – 3.10.2015 Update

We apologize for our extended “help” screens  downtime. Our knowledge database vendor made a last-minute infrastructure change to not allow requests from servers that have SSL 3 enabled.  We have the ability to disable SSL 3, but that blocks customers using older browsers (IE 6).  We have given customers until April 1st to upgrade so that they may continue to access our products.   We anticipate the help screens will be available again on April 1, 2015.   The good news is that we are in the process of moving to much improved help screens no later than June 1, 2015.  Again, we apologize for the delay!
