Passport Release Notes – 03.05.2015

Change Overview:

Eligibility

  • Humana Eligibility EDI only – Corrected search issue so that future date of service searches will process using today’s date.

OrderSmart eOrders

  • For all users in patient demographics tab – Fixed issue in showing the alert when the insurance details are changed.
  • Also fixed issue not to show the alert after the changes are saved.
  • If the user modifies the patient details and tries to navigate to any other tab/page without saving the changes, changed the alert for confirmation to “Don’t forget to click the Save if you want to keep your updates. Click ‘OK’ to leave this page or ‘Cancel’ to stay on this page.”
  • For all users in the login page – Added support to disable user account after five unsuccessful attempts of providing password. Also, added functionality to unlock locked accounts with action icon in enable/disable user screens.
  • New global password rules – The password should include all requirements of Global Security Policy: Passwords must contain characters from three of the following categories:
    • Uppercase characters (A through Z)
    • Lowercase characters (a through z)
    • Numeric characters (0 through 9)
    • Non-alphabetic characters (for example! $, #, %)

Orders Workqueue

  • For all users the following changes are made to the Referral Status column in the workqueue
    • Renamed the column Referral Status to “Workflow (Referral) Status”
    • For “Completed” added “Referral Status”, if there is one, in parenthesis

Special Notes:

  • Weekly Deployment Schedule:  Passport’s weekly application deployment is between 8:00pm and 10:00pm CT every Thursday night. However, our deployment process typically results in no customer impact or downtime. If we suspect a change will impact customers, we will communicate forty-eight hours in advance. The hardware and systems maintenance follows the application deployment Thursday nights from 10:00pm to 12:00am CT. During this window customers may experience intermittent processing issues.
